Non-Discrimination Policy
Purpose
Pathlight Solutions, Inc. is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and respectful environment in all of its programs, services, and operations. This policy ensures that all individuals have equal access to opportunities and resources without discrimination.

All individuals seeking to participate in Pathlight Solutions programs—including financial literacy workshops, entrepreneurship training, retirement education, and scholarship opportunities—shall be treated fairly and equitably.
No eligible participant shall be excluded from participation or denied benefits based on any
protected characteristic.
Scholarship Non-Discrimination
All scholarships awarded by Pathlight Solutions, Inc. shall be granted on a nondiscriminatory basis, consistent with IRS requirements for charitable organizations. Selection criteria shall be
based solely on:
• Financial need
• Academic or vocational merit
• Community involvement
• Alignment with the mission of Pathlight Solutions
Scholarship decisions shall not be influenced by any protected characteristic listed above.
Employment and Volunteer Practices

Reporting and Enforcement

• All complaints will be reviewed promptly and fairly.
• Retaliation against individuals who report discrimination in good faith is strictly
prohibited.
Appropriate corrective action will be taken if a violation of this policy is found.
