Raymond A. Robinson

Pathlight Solutions was founded by Raymond A. Robinson, a visionary leader with more than twenty-seven years of experience in the financial services industry. His deep understanding of evolving financial systems, from product-driven models to client-centered strategies, drives the mission to make financial empowerment accessible to all. His belief that “experience is everything” underscores an approach that combines practical expertise with compassionate community engagement.

At its core, Pathlight Solutions exists to close the gap between financial knowledge and opportunity, equipping individuals through financial literacy, entrepreneurial development, and lifelong learning. Through its commitment to equity, access, and empowerment, the organization is creating pathways to sustainable futures and transforming communities for generations to come.

Thomas C. Martin

Thomas C. Martin serves as a Board Member of Pathlight Solutions. With his vast experience, he will help advance the mission of Pathlight Solutions.

Thomas C. Martin is the Principal and Owner of Martin Heritage Group (MHG). The firm is a full financial services brokerage firm that helps clients Sustain, Protect, and Grow their assets. MHG is based in the greater area of Denver, Colorado. Thomas has served in the financial services sector for over twenty-five years in multiple capacities, ranging from Banker, Financial Advisor, and Annuity Wholesaler. He recently partnered with Pathlight Advisers based in Conyers, GA, to assist clients in the southeast region of the U.S.

Romona M. Jackson

Romona Jackson serves as a Board Member of Pathlight Solutions. She is a seasoned financial leader, coach, and community advocate with over 15 years of experience in financial services, including serving as a regional banking district manager for Wells Fargo, where she led eight branches and more than 100 team members in the Gainesville district. Romona is the founder of FinanSense, LLC, and a Master Financial Coach certified by Ramsey Solutions, as well as an Accredited Financial Counselor® (AFC®) through AFCPE. She specializes in financial literacy, coaching individuals and families to build sustainable financial futures through education, action, and accountability. In 2022, she founded Carolyn’s Heart, Inc., a nonprofit focused on financial empowerment, education, and wellness in underserved communities. Her leadership spans numerous civic and educational organizations, and she is committed to advancing financial literacy, equity, and empowerment in the communities Pathlight Solutions serves.

Brenda Sanders

Board Secretary, Pathlight Solutions

Brenda Sanders is the founder of IBIS Notary Services, a mobile notary business serving clients throughout Palm Beach County. She is known for her professionalism, reliability, and commitment to providing accurate, convenient service.

She brings over 20 years of experience with AT&T in Human Resources, where she supported organizational operations, employee relations, and process management. Her background reflects a strong foundation in structure, compliance, and effective communication.

As Board Secretary for Pathlight Solutions, Brenda supports governance, documentation, and organizational alignment as the organization advances its mission of business education, financial literacy, and community impact.

Bryant "BJ" Robinson

Youth Community Liaison

Bryant “BJ” Robinson is a dedicated student-athlete who keeps God first in everything he does. A graduate of Firestone High School, BJ maintained a 3.5 GPA while excelling in track and field. He is widely recognized for his humility, competitive drive, and discipline, qualities that helped him become a 2023 Regional Qualifier and, later that same year, a Junior Olympic Qualifier.

Throughout his high school career, BJ earned numerous honors and accolades, including being named Best Sprinter in both 2024 and 2025, as well as receiving the title of 2025 Most Valuable Sprinter/Performer. He was also recognized as a four-year letterman. These accomplishments reflect not only his talent but also his consistency, determination, and unwavering commitment to excellence in track and field.

BJ is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science at Malone University, where he continues his track and field career while competing on both academic and athletic scholarships. In 2026, he achieved the significant milestone of becoming an NCCAA Indoor National Champion alongside his team, further solidifying his reputation as a high-performing student-athlete.

Driven by his faith in God, personal growth, leadership, and a passion for excellence, BJ continues to strive to make a positive impact both on and off the track. As Youth Community Liaison, he will serve as a representative and voice for youth within the organization, helping to ensure that programs, services, and initiatives reflect and meet the needs of the younger generation. BJ brings a spirit of service, discipline, and inspiration to the executive board and the community he serves.
